Rage PS3 Anarchy Edition missing sewer and bonus content codes

I bought the Rage Anarchy Edition on PS3 and it had no download codes for the sewer access or other bonus content. Anyone else had this problem? I e-mailed id and Bethesda but no word back yet.

check your receipt (if bought from gamestop). if it's not there, i'd check the terms of the "bonus content". sometimes they'll email you the codes when made available.
