Lotus Prince Let’s Play: No More Heroes 2 (Parts 7-9), 10.0 out of 10 based on 1 rating

In these installments we tackle an assassin who’s so badass that she needs to be locked up, and after that we experience not one but two blasts from the past, as well as an entirely different play style!  Special thanks to Sylex and Eric Thomas for their awesome title cards!

I’m wondering if that misspelling of stadium is a ”DUWANG” but an entire no more heroes game in japanese with duwang english sub would be pretty fustrating. on a side note, SUDA 51 should release a NO MORE HEROES DLC for killer is dead or at least re-release no more heroes 2: desperate struggle on ps3 just like the first one, the ps3 version is the one i own, but its also weird to know is that the voice for travis is the voice they used for the uk voice in saints row 3 and 4 and henry’s voice actor is raiden from MGS 2 and metal gear solid revengeance.

I’m always open to DUWANG subs because that just cracks me up. What a beautiful DUWANG. :-P

      Also, Henry is Raiden? WOW.

Wow this was awesome, great installments LP. Man I would love to see a game where Shinobu is the protagonist!! I like her a lot more than I like Travis XD

I’ve seen worse platforming sadly. That platforming is at least one that just needs some practice and it is mostly the camera that makes it hard from the looks of it. I’ve seen platforming that just NEVER gets better x.x

Also…I must have serious short term memory where these games are concerned since I don’t remember brain guy or the mail man and they seem pretty memorable XD Maybe I was watching those parts half asleep

The platforming is clunky, yeah, but it’s not the absolute worst. It’s certainly jarring, though, considering that up to that point platforming was never even a thing in this game. :-P

Suda being a troll again! I bet if we all said we hated being Shinobu he would make a game that looks like you aren’t being her and then every other mission you have to play as her XD

        With clunky platforms everywhere.

That we would all still buy…

I’d buy it. Suda 51′s games were never known for their utterly brilliant controls.

Killer7 (from what I’ve played of Suda 51′s games) is as good as it gets, and even then the controls, while great, were very unconventional.

Shinobu was such a badass in this game. I don’t know where i read it, but i think Suda51 ones said that he would like to make an entire NMH game around her as protagonist. The only problem i see with an idea like that is that Travis is pretty much the face of this franchise and i can’t really see a main entry not focusing in him (maybe a Shinobu spin-off would be better?).

As always, nice job on the videos. I’ll be waiting for the next batch =)

I could see a game with her as the protagonist working out. Why not her becoming the number one badass in ALL OF ASIA? :-D

Thanks a lot for your support!

You know, there is a connection between Chloe Walsh and Killer 7, though a pretty loose one.

Chloe Walsh, as well as another assassin and a song in the game (here’s a hint: Reaper Reaper) are voiced by legendary voice Actress Tara Strong, who was also the voice of KAEDE Smith, thought the Killer 7 credits list her as Tara Charendoff since it was before she was married.

It’s not a huge connection, but still one I find interesting.

Killer7 had a star-studded cast as a whole. Tara Strong coming back for another role is definitely awesome. :-D
