My fellow cheapskates and lover of free indie titles, may I present to you the fourth Free Bundle, a collection of PC games that won’t cost you a dime but might eat up your afternoon. This time around, the selections has certainly gone to a strange place. For example, the first game, Bear Surfin Mega Wave has you playing a bear who decides to tackle a giant wave and encounters the some of the craziest opposition I’ve ever seen in a game.
The next game, You Have to Win the Game, is a retro platformer that has some deceptive system requirements (Seriously, if you can’t run Skyrim at medium or better, you shouldn’t try to play this game) but some awesome retro gameplay makes up for that.
Then we have the stylish adventure game Dirty Split:
Followed by Vicinity: Warp Reality, a first-person puzzle game that has an interesting teleportation gimmick:
Finally, we have Megaman 8-bit Deathmatch, a game which speaks for itself and everyone should play at least once.
Now CabreraBrothers, the bundles founders and minds behind the game Cypher, aren’t just about cataloguing free games: this bundle also asks (though it’s entirely optional) players to take a look at indie gaming sites: Indie Game HQ and True PC Gaming two sites that cover a lot of games that unfortunately get passed over. The bundle also has a link to Indiegogo project, Ithaka of the Clouds, a deeply philosophical game that has some very interesting visuals.
