So I trust you have all already watched that roundtable for the upcoming MMO Neverwinter that myself, Oda, and Skitch spent pouring hours and hours of soul-destroying labor to make. I mean you would not make us waste all that energy and effort, right? Right? Right. Of course not. Which also means you are all now more than well educated on the basics of the Cryptic Studios take on the Forgotten Realms and 4th Edition D&D.
Still there is no such thing as too much education on a topic (well there is but for the purposes of this article let us just pretend otherwise, hmmmkay?) here are three more trailers for the game. Two are dedicated to highlighting classes featured in the recent beta weekend, in this case the Devoted Cleric and the Guardian Fighter, while the third puts the spotlight on a newly revealed area in the game: the dangerous and explosive (literally) Mount Hotenow. Check out all three trailers below and enjoy.
Ever since the first beta weekend ended I have been finding myself jonesing to play some more Neverwinter. Honestly I did not think the game had gotten its hooks into me that deeply but there you go. The combination of a strong setting, interesting character possibilities, and fun gameplay all combined to form a game that has wormed its way surprisingly deep into my gamer soul and created an itch I just cannot scratch. Which is perhaps the best thing that anyone can say about an MMO.
I know I for one am looking forward to the next two beta weekends for the game on March 8 and March 22 and if you feel the same way then head here to sign up for a possible chance to join in the fun or to purchase a Founders Package in order to guarantee yourself a slot. Also do not forget to check the aforementioned video roundtable about the game if by some inconceivable chance you have missed it before now. Stay tuned to Blistered Thumbs for continuing coverage of the game and be sure to share your thoughts and opinions in the comments section below.
