Peter Molyneux’s Curiosity Gets a Release Date,
Curiosity: What’s Inside the Cube, Peter Molyneux’s first foray into smartphone apps, has a release date of November 7th for the iPhone. The game (if it can even be called that) has players chipping away at a cube that holds a unique prize which Molyneux states is “life changing.” Not many other other details have been released, though it is suggested that the game will be free-to-play, yet will allow players to purchase higher quality picks (the most expensive one being £32,000) that can break more blocks per day.
While I will admit a passing interest in what the cube contains, I will also confess that I believe the prize will be the ultimate act of trolling. So, what do you think? Has Mr. Molyneux gone a bit too far, or does Curiosity have a chance?

So it’s only for iphones eh? I guess the sort of people who will camp in lines overnight to pay out the ass for a phone thats only marginally better than the last iteration would be the sort of people who may buy an item that lets them get more taps of a virtual cube.
No thank you ill just wait tell Christmas ill get some thing 100 times better and free
My sentiments exactly. Although I enjoyed the Fable 1 game, I completely stopped going near the rest of the games when I saw how terrible Fable 2 was. I may not have a smartphone, but I could find thousands of games better than what Molyneux is giving us here. “Chipping away at a cube with a unique prize” that’s life changing? Oh really Mr. M, how will a game prize change my life, huh?
