D(LC)elightful Tricks or Treats 10-18-12,
Welcome boy and ghouls to the second annual Halloween celebration held by this column and the second of three editions of this month that will be dedicated to All Hallows’ Eve. OK. So since this week I am busier than you would easily believe (such is this time of year for those of us who write about and review video games) commentary this week is going to be kept for the most part to a minimum of generally a one-sentence description of the game at most. You will just have to fill in your own semi-pretentious ramblings and would-be deep meditations for yourselves, at least until the MUST PLAY. So, let us begin…
It is time for another Halloween themed horizontal shooter but this time from the perspective of a group of kids determined to get back their candy no matter what.

Once again foolish humans have decided to hold a party where they should not and now it is your job to scare them away via strategy and quick action.

Time for a good old-fashioned point-and-click screamer-filled adventure game that challenges you to get out of the basement… If you can!

It is a bug-hunt in this top-down shooter that charges you to get them before they get you.

It is time of year for treats and what better of example of that is there than this demo for the sequel to what was, despite seemingly cute & sweet graphics, one of the more darkly demented adventure games to come along in some time. Get a taste below but be warned, Edna & Harvey can very quickly become addictive indeed.
