I can't tell where the scarf ends and the sword begins.

We may not have cared for Unchained Blades too much, but the dungeon-crawling RPG was met with considerable acclaim from fans. Luckily for them, a sequel, called Unchained Blades Exxiv, is in production, as you can see below.

The first game was sold on its art, which was drawn by many famous and influential manga artists. This iteration is looking to up the ante, employing Kumiko Suekane, Suzuhito Yasuda, and Yoshitaka Amano, who worked on Ace Attorney, Devil Survivor and Final Fantasy, respectively. It wouldn’t matter to me if the first game caused retinal bleeding–I am now excited for the sequel.

Unchained Blades Exxiv for the 3DS and PSP has a Japanese release date of November 15th, 2012. XSEED has not announced plans to localize the game as of this writing.

I hate the first-person battles. It made sense for Dragon Warrior back in the day due to limitations, but now it’s just lazy.

Something about this game just looks too “average” overall, though. Battle perspective or not.

With all due respect dude, i admit that your comments has a lot of sense, BUT, i think to change the battle perspective is good because not many nowadays gamers know about them.

Not trying to be rude, just expressing my opinion.
