Kinda feels like watching early interviews for SWTOR when it was announced.
pseudo-intelligent scripted NPCs? Check.
Fully Voiced? Check.
Extremely Solo friendly MMO? Check
Cartoonish graphics? Check.
Prequel? Check.
Another generic WoW clone? We’ll see. I’m sure it will be.
I still don’t understand the reasoning behind changing the core gameplay mechanics. Creating your own ‘class’ and playing in first person is something they should have kept. I’ll bet exploration will be extremely linear too. I kinda feel bad for Bethesda, seems like Zenimax is pissing all over TES.
I don’t like to be hasty without seeing gameplay footage, but I feel like this will be the next big failure and I’d be surprised if it’s not F2P within a year of its release. I’ve been playing MMOs for many many years and this just seems all to familiar to previous MMOs I was following before they fell flat.
If you are looking forward to this, great. But I warn you not to get your hopes up, don’t get hyped for it. You’re only setting your self up to be incredibly disappointed.
I would be really dissapointed if this turned into a wow clone, i would prefer online capabilities added to skyrim
They need to make it with the combat from Dark Messiah.
What people wanted was a multiplayer version of an Elderscrolls game, not WoW set in the Elderscrolls universe.

Eh, I don’t know about that. From practically every news article I see regarding this, people seem to have a very negative opinion on this game. I can understand it a little too, especially from the news of what the game contains, and what we’ve seen, the game seems like it will just be another boring WoW clone.
