After a long time of waiting, the highly stylized Playstation exclusive, Papo & Yo, finally has a release date of August 14th. The adventure platformer, which has gained much attention over its stylish look and more serious themes (which include poverty, alchohlism, and child abuse), has been in development for over a year and marks the first outing of Montreal-based developer, Minority. The game will be sold for $14.99 on Playstation Network or for $11.99 to Playstation Plus members and pre-orders for the game will receive a free exclusive theme on August 7th. The game is also part of Sony’s “PLAY” promotion, meaning that, if you buy Papo & Yo in addition and another game, like The Expendables 2 Videogame, Sound Shapes, and Counter Strike: Global Offensive, you will receive cash on your account to buy more games.
Be sure to leave your thoughts on the game below. I’ll leave you now with the latest trailer for the game:

Looks interesting, But I hope for a demo, why? demos to me are that the people that made the game, trust in their abilities and quality of the game to give us a chance to try it, but those games that dont have demos, are ways to get you to buy it and if you didnt like it, to BAD!… but this one seems promising.
