At least it's not called gears of war: revelations.

People Can Fly and Epic’s upcoming Gears of War prequel has quite a task ahead of it. In addition to having to follow up on the most successful third-person shooter trilogy of this generation, Judgment will need to add meaningful content to both the established universe and popular multiplayer modes that fans have come to expect. The first new mode is called OverRun, and it is explained below.

When it comes to fancy new multiplayer modes, I still say F.E.A.R. 3‘s “Fucking Run” has the coolest name. OverRun looks pretty standard as far as objective and team-based offerings go, but I’ll take any chance to play as a Corpser. Also, I have to admit that this is a fun video. Even if you’re not a big fan of military shooters, you have to give it up for creative promotion.

Gears of War: Judgment is scheduled for a March 19th, 2013 release exclusively for Xbox 360.
