“They call me Commander Shephard
I mess up geth whenever they get together
Uh, no you never can escape a Spectre
And you can’t get better than my kill/death record”
JT Machinima-We are One (*Mass Effect Rap)
Birdman has taken sometime to get to know some of his favorite gaming franchises a little better as apart of the gaming sabbatical he’s embarked upon and we are headed to the Citadel with MASS Effect.
This epic franchise recently concluded this past year to mixed results for fans but where did it all begin? We begin on the Earth alliance colony of Eden Prime with the crew of SSV Normandy on an ordinary mission that quickly escalates to something of galactic proportions! Birdman and his created female character, Michelle Shepard search off for the rouge agent Saren and his allies who intend on bringing an end to all organic life across the galaxy.
Does this first entry in the franchise successfully set up the story for the next 2 games or does it fall short of it’s expectations looking back at it?

Maybe, like you, if I give ME another chance I won’t hate it so much. XD
I want to play Mass Effect
So your Shepard is a red head too huh?
I am going to replay ME series again soon. I rushed through ME1 didn’t bother with the side quests. And I killed Wrex, will save him this time.
ME is like the only current gen games I have replayed. Only other game was AC1 and that wasn’t as fun.
I still think the Indoctrination theory is going to be the extended DLC as it is the only way to answer the questions and plot holes without changing the end.
