I’m also playing Silent Hill (stopped a few weeks ago) but that Piano puzzle was the hardest puzzle in the game so far and I think I’m near the end.

You know every time I hear people make fun of Nazi’s I always think of my grandfather who was drafted in Germany during WW2. Think of him every time a WW2 shooter comes out too.

I platinumed out both games, and while the second mercenaries was fun, I didn’t find it as good as the first one. And I felt that Saboteur just got a bit old after a while.

And yes I realize this is an origin story, where she is suppose to be made “stronger through her ordeals” but that is bullshit. Did young Nathan Drake seem frightened and vulnerable to you in Uncharted 3?

Bravery and and especially and adventuresome spirit are not things you pick up along the way, they have to be there from the start. There’s nothing about this young Lara that shows she possesses any of that.

Oh and truama does not make a person stronger, it breaks them, it does instill positive qualities into people, it does the exact opposite.

And to think this is the new Lara that Crystal Dynamics and Eidos thought would be more “Female Gamer Friendly” cause what, they made her less curvacious?

Granted it might be unfair to judge a game before it comes out. But this whole thing reeks of lazy story telling, bad marketing, and completely missing the point.

And honestly, it didn’t sell well because it was reviewed mediocre, (75 average score apparently) and most complaints were against wonky A.I, bugs, and the fact that people are cynical now a days and play nothing new.
