Today, Atlus USA has made the announcements that they will be bringing Code of Princess, the anime-influenced beat-em-up for the 3DS, to the United States this autumn. The game, which was developed by Agatsuma Entertainment, came out for Japanese players in April and received a fair amount of praise. The game has an all-star line up on its development team, which includes Kinu Nishimura, who worked on 999, as well as Han and Masaki Ukyo, two designers who worked on the cult-classic, Guardian Heroes, a game which Code of Princess, with its action rpg leveling system, complex fighting system, anime-influenced character designs, and three planes of depth, is obviously influenced by.
The game will hit store shelves sometime this Autumn and have a pre-order bonus of the game’s soundtrack and an artbook. So, what are your thoughts? Blistered Thumbs will be sure to follow this title closely over the next few months so be sure to keep following us.

The girl on the cover must’ve been drawn by someone who doesn’t know what the human female figure looks like. That waist of hers is wide enough to stop her from going through doorways.
I fucking love Atlus!!
Now if someone would just localize Senran Kagura…
It’s likely that Xseed will release Senran Kagura since their company Marvelous AQL is Xseed’s parent company, said company has expressed interest in a western localization, and it’s one of the most requested games in Xseed’s forums.
Definitely getting this one
This is being released stateside?! Praise be to Atlus!
Doesn`t look very interesting.
I look at the image at the end of the trailer and can’t help but yell “Lady, put some clothes on!”
