The first video of Platinum Games’ “Project P-100″ elicited primarily one response: “Why didn’t they show that at the Nintendo press conference?” Well, it looks like the Wii U game is getting a little more love thanks to the video below.
As we’ve discussed, the game looks like a crazy combination of Viewtiful Joe and Pikmin. It also seems to use the GamePad somewhat more seamlessly than other titles shown, although proof of that is in the playing, as it were. What do you think? Let us know in the comments below.
It also looks like “Project P-100″ is a working title, so we’ll get back to you as soon as we have a real name, as well as any release date information.

Seriously Nintendo, you’ve got a game designed by the masters behind Okami, Madworld, and Bayonetta, and you DIDN’T showcase it?
Wait, the designers have THOSE games under their belts?

I seriously have no idea why they wouldn’t close their conference with this instead of Nintendoland. Even with Pikmin 3 at the beginning, this working title looks incredible.
I partly agree, but I think Nintendo did not want to cause any confusion between their product and this, because at first glance, it does look similar. At least they did arrange that interview of Platinum games with Spike right after.
This game just keeps looking better and better! That sort of puzzle (I don’t really consider it much of one since it’s pretty linear lol) makes me wonder what else they have in store? Color me interested!
