How do you not already own this game?
It’s a big day for time-traveling video game news. First, Doctor Who and now Chrono Trigger? If you count the Back to the Future episodes from earlier this year, you could say it’s been a landmark year for timey-wimey adventures.
A little bird tells me that this Chrono Trigger on iOS is the same as the recent DS version and thus includes that game’s extra dungeons, modes, endings, etc. Also, from the video above it appears that some minor changes have been made to the game to accommodate touch controls, but even without a controller you probably won’t find a better RPG experience than this one. Once I even went so far as to call the original the best JRPG of all time, so please treat yourself to this classic this holiday season if you have never given it a chance. Please? For me?

just get an emulator … finished whole ff4 on my phone, and it was awesome.

Well that’s okay. I can still get the DS. Just as long as long as all these games are available for everyone because I still can’t let go of physical media.
