I love the costumes (minus Fraser’s rendition of future man). Everyone looks very Rory Calhounish.

Glad to see some of my failures repeated by another person, like running after that guy up the ladder/stairs and going back down again, being too slow to tell if it’s telling me to press triangle or not as part of a tutorial, etc. It was a boost to know I’m not alone.

HOly shit i kinda stoped watching around part 5.. Fraiser is a damn retard seriously. I cant belive how much he screws up interrogations. First he didn’t select lie when the TUTORIAL told him too.. then with the jewlery store shooter he actually selected TRUTH when the guy said he didn’t shoot him and was just a regular store owner?

Seriously? good lord man, if your gonna do these at least pay a modicum of attention to what the hell is going on, yeesh. Go ahead and thumb down me if you guys want, but you know im right, that was just all kinds of fail

“HERPADERP, WANNA UNLOCK GUNS N SHOOT PEOPLE!”

This isn’t GTA, you [insert any noun denoting stupidity here]. -_- These things are usually entertaining but damn, you advertised this as LA NOIRE, not a bunch of stupids trying to play GTA without even putting the right game in. A whole video and a half of NOTHING. Too busy trying to play THE WRONG GAME that you had to ask a thousand times what the on-screen messages were saying. Didn’t show off side missions, car chases. hostage situations…Just a ton of STUPID.

I expected L.A. Noire and all I got was a bunch of fools trying and failing to play GTA. READ THE TITLE: THIS ISN’T THAT GAME. Next time, if you want to play Grand Theft Auto, PUT THAT IN AND ADVERTISE IT AS GTA.

No offense but my god, this one was annoying. If I were subbed to begin with, I’d have unsubbed over this.

This is proving to be very entertaining. I’m very glad you’re doing this as I’m deciding to either buy the game or subscribe to Gamefly to rent it. (No game-rental places around here have the game or plan to get it. : / )

Also, I know this is a little nitpicky, but Gamma and Brightness are actually not the same thing. Similar, but not quite the same. It’s why you’ll commonly have a gamma and brightness setting on any graphics processor or in a graphics editing software. I’m not terribly good at explaining it, but brightness is just increasing the white level to make the image brighter while gamma is adjusting the colors relations to each other. If the gamma is set wrong then colors on the high and low end of the brightness spectrum blend together (EX: If it’s to low several shades of black on a test image will all be the same shade of black instead of different graduations of shade.)

    Yeah, sorry, I know that was stupid and nitpicky and not really the point. Couldn’t help it. Great video. n.n;

Gunga Din wasn’t the racist. It was the British soldier telling the story who was racist, mentioning Din’s poor treatment by the soldiers he was serving before his death. At the end of the poem the soldier regrets it and believes that when he dies he’ll see Din again, giving water to the damned.

Read the faces, not the log. Faces tell whether they are being straight with you, or hiding something. Plus, review the evidence real carefully.

To be quite honest, the storyline’s been going steadily downhill ever since they wrote Ben out of continuity in season 2. And the woman they got to play him from there on just doesn’t look or act anything like him. I think I’m going to ask for my money back.

In the later cases, you’ll get to see names of famous celebrities of their time as easter eggs. I’ll give you a hint where: it’ll be in a ledger like in the first case with the gun shop. ;)

Stiffing a rage reaction at the moment. I ordered this game online from EB, for the first time. I don’t think I’ll do that again, as even though I ordered it express, even though they started to ship it out to me a day before the release date, it’s stuck in one of the Australian Post distribution centers. The one with the worst reputation to.

I’d be playing it by now if I ordered it at a store.

One question though on your minecraft builds. I missed the latest stream of the Big World build, I think it was. It aired last week I believe. Is that coming up here, or have I just missed that as well?

An episode of video games are awesome that DOESN’T have Fraser’s girlfriend having an oh face o aka “=O” on the title card?! I demand an explanation! What is the world coming to?

XD but in all seriousness yes, this game is indeed likely to be quite awesome. I know its early to leave this comment but I just had to bring up the fact its almost like a reaccuring gimmick of the show to have her on the title card going “=O ” lol I hope LA Noire as good as everyone says it is..now to watch some of these videos…

I just checked VGA’s BT feed, and I have to point out that Becky doesn’t do the =O face that often. In fact, she really only seems to do that for the Minecraft Awesome videos. Which kind of makes sense: Fraser wants the title card to show amazement, and all of them look surprised in those shots.
