I actually figured out the true relationship between Daisy and Peach.
Daisy is the true princess of the Toadstool Kingdom, she works behind the scenes which is why the first few games make so little sense, because she was the one who summoned Mario, and she was the one who had decoys sent to the other castles.
See, the king and queen knew that Bowser would be a problem, and so they decided that they needed to obtain a decoy for their daughter, and so they found Peach. Since she’s traditionally prettier and flashier than Daisy, Bowser would assume that she was the real, more important Princess, and so whenever Daisy heard (through her spies, obviously) that Bowser was amassing an Army, she would simply make a situation when Bowser would be able to capture Peach easily, and then use that as motivation for Mario to go destroy Bowsers army.
And Bowser keeps capturing Peach because he believes that she can be a powerful bargaining chip if there ever was a war.

This also means that Luigi, the better of the two brothers, would be the real king if he ever married Daisy.

Her and peach are so obviously evil lesbian lovers. who wanted them anyhow. mario man you need to practice what you preach and maybe take a load off instead of wasting all that time and play some good video games. koopa still wont believe that their breast milk when combined actually is a high volocity explosive. he always pulls a Wiley and mixes nitro in the tnt shack.

I’m spade and i say good riddance of bad rubbish, mario.

Wow, this was a really good one! I like how you tied it into both the Chell episode AND the Mario episode, AND you actually did your research on the canon nature of Daisy to enhance it! Truly, I am impressed. Well done! I honestly don’t know how you’re going to top this little takeover conspiracy, though…

You’d think clones wouldn’t be an issue with Dominic, since he knows Solid Snake is a clone, and most video game characters, particularly in the early years of video games, are clones of pre-existing characters.

Actually, Pauline IS still around, just only in confrontations with Mario and Donkey Kong. So… Yeah. She’s not dead. Eh… :/

Not to mention, Princess Daisy is the princess of her own land, Sarasaland, so what, is it really just part of the Mushroom Kingdom, where Princess Peach can have her clones ruling over bits and pieces of her own land to… rule over when her land is captured? Well, I can’t say I couldn’t see Peach doing something like that, the bitch.

Also, the alien, Tatanga, was hired by Wario, just so he could steal Mario’s castle! So what, did PEACH hire Wario to hire Tatanga to do all that or something?

And yeah, I don’t buy it. Is she bribing Bowser to kidnap her as part of the show, to try and make his pathetic kingdom look more intimidating or something? And the Mario brothers are in on it, too? Then why did it seem like Mario, in the very first Video Game Confessions, was REALLY saving her on such a regular basis that he had to try and fulfill her weird kidnapping fantasies? I smell lame-brain conspiracy theories.

He DOES bring up a good point, there’s no king of the Mushroom Kingdom, so Peach is like the one in charge even though she’s a princess.

Wait, so even Mario’s fooled? Well, uhh… Okay. I’d like to hear Bowser’s side of the story (hint, hint).

Oh wait, this is actually yet ANOTHER Portal tie-in? Okay, I guess, I should probably play Portal some times before I join everyone else in saying Portal jokes have gotten old to the point of extremely annoying. Also, Daisy admits all this because she knows no one will believe him? Honestly, we’re talking about video games here, anyone who’s actually played video games will go “Oh that? I’ve seen shit like that 90 times before, nothing special, just send some cute mascot character or space marine to deal with this crazy fucked-up mess of a conspiracy.”

At least there was no sex joke in this one, so I thought it was pretty damn good. Still, I can’t shake the feeling that Doug doesn’t know video games as well as he should for these kinds of videos, but everyone else seems to like them so oh well.

Please, please, PLEASE do a Bowser one next, though!

Perhaps Wario hiring the Tatanga was a cover story created entirely by Peach to hide the intentions further. It’s also a little known fact that Peach is, in fact, the head of the Illuminati from Deus Ex.

You see the King in the cartoon. I think you saw him in Mario 3 too.

It’d be a nice touch to identify what drink these characters are having. It’d further inform their character. Daisy might drink a Peach Fizz, for instance.

I like the metastory of Glados moving closer to world conquest. You could’ve brought in Mario’s golden coin collection as where the financing for these weapons comes in and the stars could be a power source.

Doug made Peach’s character like the Nostalgia Chick in Kickassia except her ambitions are realized. Also, ‘sfunny that this episode’s supposed to be about Daisy but she talks about Peach.

I see a plot coming. GlaDOS and Peach, planning to take over te world. What will stop them? I’m sure we will hear.
But my little brother asked two very good questions, what is Bowser’s role in all this? And why does GlaDOS help?
My guess is that Bowser is a robot (just like the Mecha-Koopa’s). But I hope that somebody else can do a good guess about GlaDOS.

Be careful about listening to what Daisy says. She’s a cocky little bitch. No doubt the plan she leaked was meant to be a distraction from the real plans… which will no doubt lead to Peach’s downfall and the total takeover by Daisy.

She’s a scary one, that Daisy. I think her personality was the underlying model for that phone’s AI.

Bowser is the most unbelievably submissive person in the world if this is true. Which is hilarious and fantastic.

“Hey yeah uh let’s do that kidnapping thing again to bolster YOUR nation while I spend a ton of money destroying my own landscape. And then we go go-karting next Sunday, right?”

This is a fantastic little universe you’re creating here, and I’m glad to see it take place. Hilarious as always, outside of the fact that Pauline is married to the Coco Crispies monkey so now you made Diddy Kong an orphan. DID YOU EVER THINK ABOUT DIDDY KONG PEACH, HUH? YOU’RE GOING TO MAKE YOUNG MONKEYS CRY.

But seriously, great, great job on this.
